We welcome all comments, suggestions, compliments and complaints, and use your feedback to improve and develop our services.
We encourage any client who is happy with any aspect of our service to provide positive feedback. If one of our team has provided you with excellent customer service, then we would like to hear from you. Your compliment will be passed on to the member of staff and may be used in-house to promote excellent customer service.
We aim to keep standards high and to deliver excellent services to all our clients, but we appreciate that sometimes you may be dissatisfied with the service you receive. Complaints Leaflet explains the process we follow to look into complaints.
Please be aware that if you are raising a complaint on behalf of a horse owner, you will need to show that you have the owner’s written consent to do that.
