Elaine Hilder

Elaine grew up and still lives in West Sussex.

She graduated for Keele University in 2001 with a BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Science and went on to qualify as a Biomedical Scientist whilst working at Epsom General Hospital in 2002. She moved to Princess Royal Hospital in Haywards Heath in 2003, where she worked in the Blood Sciences department for 3 years. She then worked as a Veterinary Service Engineer for a diagnostics company, travelling around the south east of England.

She joined the practice in March 2009 where she works in the laboratory, processing a variety of samples for biochemistry, haematology, cytology and bacteriology and liaising with the clinical team.

Elaine lives with her husband Matt and two daughters, Katie and Holly.
